The Speaker waived the Transportation Committee referral for the                                    
following at the request of Representative Holm, Co-chair:                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 273                                                                             
     "An Act relating to civil liability for boat owners, for commercial                            
     recreational activities, and for guest passengers on an aircraft or                            
     watercraft; and providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                                                    
HB 273 was removed from the Transportation Committee and referred                                   
to the Judiciary Committee.
